Exchange & returns
Products are exchanged and returned in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
Exchanges and returns are handled by the RMART-GROUP LLC store, regardless of whether the purchase was made in the retail store or in the rmartgrouptech.com online store. If you decide to exchange or return a product on the day of purchase, please contact the same store where it was bought. Products purchased in the rmartgrouptech.com online store cannot be exchanged or returned on the same day.
For your convenience, if the product was bought in the rmartgrouptech.com online store, we recommend calling +998 20 021-47-35 — a manager will take care of your request.
The buyer may refuse the product at any time before it is handed over, and within 7 days after receiving it. If the product was bought in a retail store (not remotely), distance-selling rules do not apply.
A product of proper quality can be returned if its presentation, consumer properties and the proof of purchase are preserved. The absence of the proof of purchase does not prevent the buyer from relying on other evidence of purchase from this seller. The list of products eligible for return is set by applicable consumer protection law.
The buyer may not refuse a product of proper quality that has individually defined properties, if it can only be used by the buyer personally.
If the buyer refuses the product, the seller must refund the amount paid under the contract, except for the seller's cost of delivering the returned product back, no later than 10 days from the date the buyer submits the request.
If the customer returns a product, any gift issued with it must also be returned with its presentation preserved.
When a product of proper quality is returned, a return note or return report is drawn up, stating:
A buyer who has been sold a product of inadequate quality, unless this was disclosed by the seller, may at their choice demand:
For technically complex and expensive products these demands are satisfied only where substantial defects are found.
Instead of the demands above, the buyer may withdraw from the contract and request a refund of the amount paid. At the seller's request and expense the buyer must return the defective product.
The buyer may also claim full compensation for losses caused by the sale of a product of inadequate quality, within the time limits set by applicable consumer protection law.
If the seller refuses to hand over the product, the buyer may withdraw from the contract and claim compensation for losses. After a refund request is submitted, the cost of the product is refunded within 10 days of the seller receiving the customer's written request and the returned product.
When returning a faulty product, the absence of the proof of purchase does not prevent the buyer from relying on other evidence of purchase from this seller.
If the customer returns a product, any gift issued with it must also be returned with its presentation preserved.
For a technically complex product, if defects are found the consumer may withdraw from the purchase contract and request a refund, or demand replacement with a product of the same make (model, article) or the same product of a different make with a price recalculation, within fifteen days of receiving the product.
If defects in a technically complex product are reported within fifteen days of handover, your demands can be satisfied only after the product is handed to the seller for a quality check to confirm the reported faults, establish that the product is indeed defective, and determine the causes.
The list of technically complex products is defined by applicable law.
The quality check is carried out in accordance with applicable consumer protection law within the statutory time limits, under the manufacturers' existing warranty obligations, at no extra cost to the buyer.
The quality check is performed at a specialised (authorised) service centre with the required accreditation and specialists. Without it the seller cannot confirm the defect, establish its causes, assess whether it is substantial, or determine whether your demands are justified.
If the check (expert examination) establishes that the defects arose from circumstances the seller or manufacturer is not responsible for (for example, a screen broken in a fall, or a device that does not switch on because of water damage), you will be required to reimburse the cost of the check, storage and transportation of the product.
Please note that when buying on credit or in instalments you enter into an agreement with the bank. When returning the product to the store you will receive the amount of your down payment (if any) from the cashier; however, the consumer credit agreement between you and the bank is not terminated and remains in force until the debt is fully repaid. To repay the debt early in full, contact the bank.
